मेरा tongue cancer का इलाज हुआ है और सर्जरी में जबान का third part निकाल दिया गया है, क्या मैं कुछ समय के बाद solid food खा सकती हूं?
Response:
जी हां, आप अब भी solid food खा सकते हैं लेकिन ये जानना जरूरी है के आप की सर्जरी कितने दिन पहले हुई है।
हम सर्जरी के 2 हफ्ते बाद से मरीज को liquid food देना शुरू करते हैं और एक हफ्ते के बाद soft diet शुरू की जाती है और उसके 1 हफ्ते बाद से हम मरीज को solid food देना शुरू करते हैं।
अगर आप की सर्जरी हुए 1 महीना हो चुका है तो आप solid food खा सकते हैं।
हम tongue removal के मरीज को tongue reconstruction advice करते हैं जिस से उनका outcome और बेहतर आता है।
