LIVER : Liver is normal in size (109mm ), shape and echo pattern. Any focal intra hepatic lesion not detected. Intra hepatic billary radicals are not dila Portal vein is normal caliber. GALLBLADDER:- A well distended G.B. is seen normal. -Shows normal acrogenic lumen wall thickness Two echogenic foci size 8.5mm&4.6mm are seen in G.B CBD is normal in caliber. PANCREAS: - Pancreas is normal in size and echo pattern. Pancreatic duct is normal in caliber. SPLEEN: - Spleen is Normal in Size 87mm and echo pattern. KIDNEY : URETER : - Both kidneys are normal in position, size and echo texture. Cortico-medulary differentiation of both kidneys is maintained A Small echoic area size 10mmx10mm is seen in Rt kidney -Not dilated. U, BLADDER: - Normally filled up & wall thickness is normal. Any calculi not seen. Thickenings are normal. -No Mass. UTERUS: -Atrophy OTHER:- Gaseous abdomen are seen. IMPRESSION -Cholelithiasis With Rt Renal Simple Cyst.
