Hi. How to make my 6 year old son to eat big meals like Lunch and Dinner with his own hands? He has a habit of jumping, running, playing, watching T.V etc in between while eating. We also have to feed him most of the time. Even if he is eating with his own hands, he takes 1 to 2 hours to eat. We have to keep reminding him to finish the plate all the time as he stops eating food completely. . How to increase his focus to do one action at a time? How to discipline my child? It becomes embarrassing for us whenever we go outside. He is very active and lean. Putting a timer, switching off the T.V and not giving him food for sometime are of no use. He doesn't get time to do other activities. He will bring back the whole school lunch box sometimes. He doesn't eat snacks at home. He likes my food. I have tried all possible ways to make him to finish his food.. Please make a video on this one. Thanks you so much.
