दोस्तों यह गाड़ी राजस्थान से हमारे पास आई थी इस गाड़ी के इंजन के अंदर आवाज आ रही थी जब हमने गाड़ी को डायग्नोज किया तो इसमें पता चला बिना इंजन को खोल ही हमने पता चल गया था कि इसके कनेक्टिंग रोड में आवाज है जब हमने इसका इंजन ओपन किया तो देखा इसका कनेक्टिंग रोड का में बैरिंग गायब हो चुका था जिस वजह से इंजन चीज हो गया था इसमें हमने क्रैंक्षाफ्ट चेंज किया तीनों कनेक्टिंग रोड चेंज किए पिस्टन पिस्टन रिंग में वायरिंग कनेक्टिंग रोड बेरिंग थर्स्ट वार्सल सारी चीजे इसमें हमने चेंज करनी पड़ी।
इस गाड़ी में यहां प्रॉब्लम कैसे आई यह जानना भी जरूरी है इस गाड़ी का पहले कहीं इंजन का काम हुआ होगा तो जिस भी भाई ने इसमें काम किया मैन आयल सील का जो ब्रैकेट होता है उसके अंदर ऑयल चैंबर का बोल्ट बड़ा डालने की वजह से वह ब्रैकेट अंदर की तरफ से टूट गया और वह टूटा हुआ टुकड़ा इंजन के अंदर पहले ऑयल पंप में गया फिर सारे पार्ट में जा जाकर उसने इंजन को सीज कर दिया।
हमने इस गाड़ी में टाइमिंग कवर को भी चेंज किया है और टाइमिंग किट भी नहीं डाली है साथ में तेल पंप भी हमने नया डाला है
सिर की दोनों गेम भी कट गई थी तो दोनों केम और उसकी केस विद कैप हमने नया चेंज किया।

The engine of this vehicle must have been worked on somewhere before, so whoever worked on it, due to inserting a bigger bolt of the oil chamber inside the bracket of the main oil seal. The bracket broke from the inside and the broken piece penetrated the oil pump inside the engineI went and after going to all the parts he seized the engine.We have also changed the timing cover in this vehicle and have not inserted the timing kit, along with that we have also inserted a new oil pump.
Both the heads of the head were also cut off, so we replaced both the cams and its case with cap.
