Many many thanks sir. Is sawal ka jabaab mai bachpan se hi khoj raha tha. Mai bhi isse pirit hu. Lekin ab bahut deri ho chuki hai. Mujhe heart problm, osteoporosis, nuropothy etc. Or bhi bimari ho chuki hai, bachne ka chance bahut kam hai. Kash pahale se pata hota.
