I will definitely visit Kvitnes gård! I have been wanting to visit Northern Norway for a while and will definitely put it in my itinerary. Thank you. On a technical note, your sound and filming has improved and makes for a much better experience. I worked in film and TV in Sydney, Australia. Love your work xx

@@andersandkaitlin I love your short videos. I LOVE quality and dedication, I even can appreciate tunnel view and being carried away. I wish the world would be as simple and honest and fair, but it isn't. Can I make a change? Probably not. Could you Probably contribute to a change? Perhaps. I love what you do, I would like to see some more balance, that's all.

@@michelwillems50 I appreciate your input. We're trying to show a different balance as well, which is the work that lies behind places of this kind. The cost of paying workers a fair price, the cost of high-quality ingredients, and the cost of sustainability and being environmentally conscious. The fact of the matter is, most restaurants should cost much more than they do today. That being said, we also showcase cheaper dining options. We just don't do that in video format as often (our Oaxaca video is an exception), but more on Instagram and our blog. Check out our other channels! :)
