I would like to know what announcements are made when starting up the KVIDIO wh201a Bluetooth headphones and during the process. Do you know of a website or something that explains it?

I saw a guy who mentioned the USB cable had a button.... Mine didn't and there is no mention on the manual, so I guess the mic is fake

KVIDIO wireless headphones locked up; none of the buttons work, i can't even power it off. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue, haven't been able to find a solution as of yet.

How do I turn them off to save the battery? A blue light is beeping.

try plugging it in. mine automatically turn off when plugged in so that might work

Hello, I desperately need help with these. They either need a firmware update or driver update or something; when I connect them to my laptop it is the worst sound quality I've ever heard in my entire life, and then when I also connect them to my mobile phone simultaneously the sound quality goes back to normal, i.e. very good. This makes literally no sense. How do I fix this?

Im here tryna figure sound quality issues too. Mine went from great, rich, sound to a tin can echo chamber for some reason and Ive gone everywhere on my pc tryna figure out if I accidentally changed something or it just "happened". GL with your issue :)
