They should be he is awesome ! I’ve never met one of those guys that treat you like a human being. He was at Kentucky lake won the event but talked to me for almost a hour while he was getting gear ready for the next day a TRUE CHAMPION IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE SPORT ILL MISS HIM HES MY HERO HONESTLY

Your first year I was 18, and I remember thinking how cool it is that this young guy like me can do this! I’ve been a fan ever since! Won’t be the same without you, but you’ve earned it! Love you man! You are definitely a great ambassador for the sport!

I am going to miss pulling for my "hometown" hero, but at the same time I respect him going out while he's still winning and at the top of his game. Enjoy time with your family, because as I just found out, life can be 2 centimeters from being a whole different story.

I've been watching this man since I was a kid during that time fishing was on TV only Sat morning. If you missed it you missed it, I was up every sat.

His technique is what helped him win several titles. Fast reaction retrieves and covers tons of water. I too have followed what he taught. I've followed what he's said and I've become a much better fisherman. I notice his favorites to use for lures are jerkbaits are a big one, spinner lures an squarebills. He's a specialist in all 3 of these. These are his go to lures

Been a fan since I got into competitive bass fishing in middle school. Crazy to think this will be the last season to see you do your thing, but I'm happy for you and your family!
