It seems like Khloe is drawn to «damaged» people like Scott and Rob for example. She’s a fixer, she always tries to help people and make them better. Just like Shane Dawson if you watch his videos. She also loves really hard and after the whole Lamar situation she was desperate to have a family but probably moved to fast. I feel sad for her because in the end she’s the one always getting hurt by trying to make things better. The only ones who don’t are super family oriented and religious, but even then that’s not enough to stop them all lol

from my understanding, when you're part of a reality show like this, you got cameras on you like 80% of the time if not more. we obviously don't see everything because they only put the interesting parts and the ones that are acted out because they need dramatic content. so, i wouldn't be surprised
