We have to think about operating expenses as well, even though capital expenditure is higher for this , over a long time it will pay out ,but as you mentioned the goal should be to cut costs as much as possible.

I discussed that with lightning arrester experts , they said the chances are very low , unless these posts are at highest position in that area, still to avoid any causalities to our workers and to be safer on plants we have decided to install an arrester before next monsoon.

@@WhisperingVines നാലഞ്ചു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ പച്ചനെറ്റ് പൊടിഞ്ഞു പോയതായി ഞാൻ നേരിട്ടു കണ്ടു.. അവർ കുറച്ചു മോഡൽ മാത്രമായിരുന്നു ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്.. അതിന് കാര്യമായി പൊക്കമില്ലായിരുന്നു..എട്ടടികാണും..പച്ചനെറ്റ് പൊട്ടിപോകുന്നതിനനുസരിച്ച് വേരും പോയിരുന്നു.. ഇപ്പോൾ അത് മുകളിൽ ഇട്ട കമ്പിയിൽ തൂങ്ങിയാണ് നിൽക്കുന്നത് പിവിസി പൈപ്പിൽ വേരിന് ബന്ധമില്ല.. ചെറീയ ഇരുമ്പ് പൈപ് ഒരടി വീതിയിൽ സ്ക്രൂ ചെയ്തെങ്കിലും പിടിപ്പിച്ചാൽ പച്ചനെറ്റിൽ നിന്നും വേര് വിട്ടാലും ഇടയിൽ ഉള്ള ക്രോസ് ബാറിൽ തങ്ങി നിൽക്കും .. ഇത്രയും പൊക്കമുള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് പത്തടിയിലും പതിനഞ്ച് അടിയിലും ഓരോ ക്രോസ്ഇടുന്നത് നല്ലതായിരിക്കും ഭാവിയിൽ.. പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് നിരോധനത്തിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായി ഇപ്പോൾ മണ്ണിൽ പൊടിഞ്ഞു ചേരുന്ന പച്ചനെറ്റാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ വരുന്നതാണെന്നാണ് കടക്കാരൻ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞത്.. പഴയപോലെ ജീവിതകാലം നശിക്കാത്ത പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക്‌ സാധനങ്ങൾ ഇപ്പോൾ കൂടുതലായി ഇറക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നാണ് തോന്നുന്നത്..
