The composer of this song is ALFRED BURT. He lived in Michigan. He made a tradition of composing a carol each year, giving it away as a gift. This one may be his best but he wrote at least 15 or 20 of these and they're ALL quite good. Hard to find the sheet music. Elling does a nice job of arranging this. James Taylor and Dave Grusin do, as well. But they did not write this song. It was written by ALFRED BURT.
