I love this version of Nature Boy. Kurt Elling is a national treasure. I miss seeing Laurence Hobgood very much.

One of the most inventive, resourceful singers alive. Outdoor performing can be challenging for jazz but these cats nail it. I love that you can see the utter concentration in their faces. Great video.
Bad-ass horns rips it wide open from the get-go. Laid back but energetic and scintillating. Pianist is scalding, as always.
