@@innomaiden5009MAJOR SPOILERS. . . . . . . . Basically Ciel has a older twin brother who died so he took his place and has been pretending to be him (so he's not real ciel).This is why the main character is confused why she hates to fight as the real ciel (his brother) told her that he doesn't want a wife too strong. That means the main character isn't lizzy fiance but the future brother in law but later when she found out she was upset that he lied to her for so long as its scandalous and confusing to her. The real brother who is the lord of phantomhive comes back to life so she sides with him as he is her fiance so she owes loyalty to him. The main character isn't aware she knows so he orders the butler to save her after she ran away but instead they fight. She shocks the butler with her skills so he knocks her out for she is only a human in comparison.

I think it's brilliant that she's being selfish for trying to keep this damsel in distress thing up for Ciel for so long. If it was otherwise, I don't think her sacrifice here would've looked so good as it did. The reveal is top tier pay off. Makes her way more interesting than she was b4.

In the past, when they were child, Ciel and Lizzy take hangar lesson together. Ciel doesn't good at it, while Lizzy is genius. Their teacher is a woman and a strict teacher. Then, Ciel said that strong women is scary. That's why Lizzy start to act more girly, and like a weak girl who need to be protected. The fact that who said that is the real Ciel (who already died), while This Ciel in front of her is Ciel's twins brother is so irony. What would it be if that was the real Ciel? At the end, Lizzy never show her true self yet never said her true feeling to the real Ciel is so heartbreaking.😢

That introduction of hers "The Wife of the Queen's Watchdog!!", and the way Lizzy just goes from the bubbly girl we all though she was to REAL Elizabeth Middleford... gets me every time. And her voice actress was utter perfection in her delivery of this crucial scene. From girly to badass in the ONE BREATH. Yukari Tamura is amazing.

The main reason Ciel does his utmost to avoid showing weakness before Sebastian is because, at the end of the day, he Does Not Trust the demon, and even if he has him bound under the terms of their pact, Sebastian is a classical Faustian Demon: always seeking to get the best of his "master", prodding for his weak points, relentlessly keeping his eyes on him as he expects him to slip. All so he can collect his soul. And the love of his life is one Hell of a Weak Point. That's why I love this series.

@@M1SSC0RPSE yes but still lizzy loves "that" ciel, who doesn’t even give a shit about her, but "this" ciel loves her dearly, he even risked his life to save her which he doesn’t do for anyone, also it wasn’t shown in anime but in manga you will always see ciel blushing whenever lizzy hugs her, idk why they doesn’t show this small details in anime(he even blushed right after this fight scene), maybe the anime just wants us to see the dark side, and that's a reason that anime watchers always misunderstands the characters.

The opposite really. Her mother made sure she trained well. Otherwise, it'd be like sending her daughter to slaughter as the watchdog's wife. Lizzy got the 'girl's don't fight attitude' from society itself. She understands most people are disapproving of this skill of her as a lady, so she hated embarrassing herself this way and saw no point of learning the sword. Her mother even had to backhand her to get her to learn it. Lol It also didn't help that she took Ciel's past words to heart and thought Ciel would not like her once he found out she was as scary as her mother. Her sense of self worth heavily rides on her fiancé's approval because girls in her society are heavily taught to be so.

Sebastian never would've pegged her to be like this. Funny coz he shouldn't be all that surprised considering the type of woman Lizzy's mom is. Even more amusing is the fact that her mother always manages to shock him with her 'strict' nature. I wish they had actually shown her character back in season 1. The manga introduction of her was absolutely brilliant.

It's been years since I watched the anime and read the manga, and even with the manga's current events, I'm still rooting for them. Honestly speaking though, I highly doubt that these two will have a happy ending where they'll end up together, but I really really wish they, along with the other characters, will atleast have a decent ending.

@@innomaiden5009MAJOR SPOILERS. . . . . . . . Basically Ciel has a older twin brother who died so he took his place and has been pretending to be him (so he's not real ciel).This is why the main character is confused why she hates to fight as the real ciel (his brother) told her that he doesn't want a wife too strong. That means the main character isn't lizzy fiance but the future brother in law but later when she found out she was upset that he lied to her for so long as its scandalous and confusing to her. The real brother who is the lord of phantomhive comes back to life so she sides with him as he is her fiance so she owes loyalty to him. The main character isn't aware she knows so he orders the butler to save her after she ran away but instead they fight. She shocks the butler with her skills so he knocks her out for she is only a human in comparison.

@garreonlefay6703 It was stated in the manga that she hides it because the "real Ciel" didn't like girls that are strict or not cute like Elizabeth's mother. So Elizabeth hid it in order to fulfill the image she thought her fiancé preferred.
Lizzy is not selfish. She just wants to keep cute in front of the person who she loves. That's why I love her.

I think it's brilliant that she's being selfish for trying to keep this damsel in distress thing up for Ciel for so long. If it was otherwise, I don't think her sacrifice here would've looked so good as it did. The reveal is top tier pay off. Makes her way more interesting than she was b4.

In the past, when they were child, Ciel and Lizzy take hangar lesson together. Ciel doesn't good at it, while Lizzy is genius. Their teacher is a woman and a strict teacher. Then, Ciel said that strong women is scary. That's why Lizzy start to act more girly, and like a weak girl who need to be protected. The fact that who said that is the real Ciel (who already died), while This Ciel in front of her is Ciel's twins brother is so irony. What would it be if that was the real Ciel? At the end, Lizzy never show her true self yet never said her true feeling to the real Ciel is so heartbreaking.😢

That introduction of hers "The Wife of the Queen's Watchdog!!", and the way Lizzy just goes from the bubbly girl we all though she was to REAL Elizabeth Middleford... gets me every time. And her voice actress was utter perfection in her delivery of this crucial scene. From girly to badass in the ONE BREATH. Yukari Tamura is amazing.

The main reason Ciel does his utmost to avoid showing weakness before Sebastian is because, at the end of the day, he Does Not Trust the demon, and even if he has him bound under the terms of their pact, Sebastian is a classical Faustian Demon: always seeking to get the best of his "master", prodding for his weak points, relentlessly keeping his eyes on him as he expects him to slip. All so he can collect his soul. And the love of his life is one Hell of a Weak Point. That's why I love this series.
Lizzie popped off in the scene. She even made Sebastian surprised and she WAS so good fighting! Now the Lizzie haters have no right to say that she slayed this scene.

@@M1SSC0RPSE yes but still lizzy loves "that" ciel, who doesn’t even give a shit about her, but "this" ciel loves her dearly, he even risked his life to save her which he doesn’t do for anyone, also it wasn’t shown in anime but in manga you will always see ciel blushing whenever lizzy hugs her, idk why they doesn’t show this small details in anime(he even blushed right after this fight scene), maybe the anime just wants us to see the dark side, and that's a reason that anime watchers always misunderstands the characters.

@@farihatasfiahaque4487 Id say is more like, her duty was with the Real Ciel, so she decides to go with him because thats her real fiance, and Our Ciel has been lying to her, and well he has, of course he has his reasons but Lizzy doesnt even know that, for all she knows this Ciel is just a liar, and although I do think she loves him because of everything theyve been through, shes confused because shes supossed to be and love the RealCiel
I always felt bad for Lizzy poor girl had the whole "girls dont fight" shit hammered into her meanwhile ciel doesnt mind

The opposite really. Her mother made sure she trained well. Otherwise, it'd be like sending her daughter to slaughter as the watchdog's wife. Lizzy got the 'girl's don't fight attitude' from society itself. She understands most people are disapproving of this skill of her as a lady, so she hated embarrassing herself this way and saw no point of learning the sword. Her mother even had to backhand her to get her to learn it. Lol It also didn't help that she took Ciel's past words to heart and thought Ciel would not like her once he found out she was as scary as her mother. Her sense of self worth heavily rides on her fiancé's approval because girls in her society are heavily taught to be so.

Sebastian never would've pegged her to be like this. Funny coz he shouldn't be all that surprised considering the type of woman Lizzy's mom is. Even more amusing is the fact that her mother always manages to shock him with her 'strict' nature. I wish they had actually shown her character back in season 1. The manga introduction of her was absolutely brilliant.

I love lizzies juxtaposition between a gentle girly girl and a badass warrior. She shows that you can pull off both at the same time!
The graceful way she does this is just so fitting

I love strong anime girl character.
It's been years since I watched the anime and read the manga, and even with the manga's current events, I'm still rooting for them. Honestly speaking though, I highly doubt that these two will have a happy ending where they'll end up together, but I really really wish they, along with the other characters, will atleast have a decent ending.
