Kundalini gets activated on its own. And once activated it changes your life and let go off all old patterns. Routine will change.. you'll come closer to divine and sexual awareness comes from a divine place. When kundalini gets activated a person cannot have sex with anyone for pleasure because the energetic vibration won't let them. Sex is such a taboo in society that no one really understands the divinity of shakti energy. Infact kundalini sexual energy brings one more closer to themselves, love and monogamy. It's true that person feels more angry and sexual that's because our trauma is stored in second chakra..lets admit society is sexually frustrated. So when kundalini awakens a person likes to stay alone, stay quiet and feel all emotions to the fullest within themselves and also work on their purpose.. people think that once it is activated it can regress but it can't as it gets activated on its own. I know people say they can activate it but I don't know that...may be ..as universe is mysterious. But it's the most divine feeling..it's helps you ground, release trauma but yes it's scary because all your fears come to the surface so that they can be released through moving body, doing yoga, meditation, breath work and creativity. And yes person feels like an out casts during that process because it's symptoms are like that ..you are on point of really listening to your body and nothing else. For example if you used to consume alcohol but after kundalini you can't ..you'll eat more fresh fruits, good air, vibes, sensitivity towards animals.. basically love vibration. You'll have the urge to sleep early and you'll be more focused..it's challenging but liberating.

Have you gone through this? I experienced it recently and profound changes started happening naturally. Like eating only plant based, no more watching tv, everything was happening naturally and effortlessly. I did not feel hate towards anyone or anger. I felt the divine presence everywhere. However last few days I’m feeling like my old self again. Is this normal? Or the experience I had was only meant for few days? Maybe I shouldn’t even be questioning this but ego is overtaking to find answers and understanding.

@@asiyajaved108 try to stay as much grounded as you can and the answers would follow on their own. Ego would get triggered so that you can heal the patterns no longer serving you. Spend more time alone.

I felt an energy enter through my crown one day out of nowhere. Now I can feel loving vibrations / goosebumps at will. What is this energy? I thought the Kundalini was from the bottom of the spine ...but this energy feels like it's going down to Kundalini s location starting from above. Though,I hv not done Ur Art of living session,my brother has done.Bt, We see in U,our Guru Shridhar Swami. I am also Jesus Christ devoter.So,I also see in U, Lord Jesus'image.So,want 2ask U Guruji,as U said,awakening Kundilini,can bring more anger in us.So,should we do 7chakra meditation video.As,1of the tarot reader,had told me, 2do it, as my some chakras, R not active.Bt, later heared fm 1yogi. That as 7chakra meditation,awaken Kundilini Shakti.So,We should do that under a proper guidance of a yoga teacher.Or,its dangerous.As,if the energy go 2crown chakra$if,U can't take it,that person can become insane.So,as in past,I had done SSY course,so I do inner healing meditation,or other meditation.Bt,should I continue 7chakra meditation.Or,its not safe, as U said.Plse guide.Thank-U.🙏🌄
