400 gm Kunafa dough
250 gm butter
200 gm Cream cheese
50 gm mozzarella cheese
200 gm suger
200 ml water
half lemon juice
1 spoon rose water
temperature 🌡️ 180°c to 20 minutes
pistachio for garnish

Wow today I make but I use Ghee vegetables oli and sugar powder mix then cheese cream and mozzarella cheese put oven 😋 ❤❤❤

No for kunafa vermicelli should be very fine and row and that is available in super market
