Whether it's main dancer/lead dancer or main vocalist/lead vocalist, it's difficult to remember that when it comes to kpop those are different positions. I'm from USA and I've always heard people referring to the front person in a band as the lead singer, so I just naturally think of the strongest vocalist as being the "lead". I have to consciously remember to change that up whenever I'm discussing kpop groups.

San's vocal range is so amazing,he can change his vocal tone in different type,and in thia video he change for like 3 times

not an ateez fan but i heard this song at a kpop store and had to see who was the one singing 1:10 this part and i’m amazed at how he sounds exactly the same live. the dude on the far right is really talented.

He's Jongho, the youngest member and the main vocalist of the group. And yes, he usually sounds just like the studio version when he sings live, including in concerts.

In a different band, San or Seonghwa would easily be main vocalists. And possibly Yunho and Wooyoung as well. The only reason I don't say the same for Yeosang is because we haven't really seen him sing a varied range. But god, the amount of talent in this band! I absolutely love them.
