I tried this today and the biryani is yummm .. thank you for this easy recipe. It is really quick, took only 30 minutes. It goes well even without mint leaves.

Kabita ji jitni tareef karun apki iss recipe ki utni kam hai. I tried it today itself and It turned out to be super delicious and everyone at my home loved it. Traditional veg dum biryani thoda tedious sa process hai and time consuming bhi, hmesha sochti thi kis tarah banaya Jaye ki time b Kam Lage aur tasty b Bane, finally got the awesome recipe today. Wonderful recipe! A few suggestions: grind 3 tomatoes and curd together and add to the tadka then add veggies/ soya/ paneer. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Add rice. Add just enough water to cover the rice. Put weight and cook on high for 3 whistles. Then place cooker on hot tawa on low flame for 15 minutes . Gently release steam from cooker immediately on placing on tawa. This way not a single rice grain or vegetable is mushy and the biryani gets 'dum' for longer thereby making it flavorful

Does adding curd before gonna cause problem or will it increase the taste?

I have tried this recipe today and all my family members loved this like it's too tasty I can't even explain 😭🤤

I tried making this biryani today by following your instructions word to word and it turned out to be the best biryani we ever had....thank you soo much for the recipe....also pressure cooker me bohot jaldi ban jaati hai hai
