Winter time... It doesnt go venture out to much, so a man needs to keep the electricty box charged up.

I'm about to replace the same clutch with a whole new one do you know of any adjustments that may be needed or is a new one bolt and play thanks

If I was installing a new setup I’d adjust or check every air gap. Best thing is to spend the money on a good manual if you don’t already have one. I had the customer buy a set from Amazon of all places as I recall. I gave the books back to him to keep with the tractor or I would have copied the pages for you pertaining to adjusting. @sandhilloffroad I have a print out and it shows some tool used but I can't seem to find that tool anywhere. Should I just replace the disc?

Replacing the disk will still require setting all air gaps and adjustments. The tolerance build up from all the various parts to simplify too much. In addition you can’t be sure it was ever setup correctly to begin with. If the toll isn’t available you’ll have to make it or find a way to work around it.

Billable hours with just the clutch work and seal I was probably around 8-10 hours. Actual time is always much higher when I record a video. It amazes me how much extra time it takes to move the camera, re-do a shoot ect. And that is all non-chargeable time. However, if I can help someone out a little it makes it worth it to me.
