Shout out to the Australian crowd. You can tell instantly how good of a time Matt is having hearing that many people scream the words.

That hit right after “AB-SOL-UTE!” on “Self-Destruct” is absolutely insane! Sounds like a meteor came crashing into a tin roof it was so powerful.

What a band and what a crowd, hot damn.

Fuck Kublai is getting bigger and bigger every time they come over, seen them headlining on the gold coast the night before this and was absolute chaos by far gig of the year for me. This show also looked wild! The fuck up of AB SOL UTE at the start of self destruct gets me every time haha.

wondered this for a while, I think he maybe uses a different technique live, or the recordings suppress a lot of the high end? Either way, his live vocals are always filllthy

He is most likely a live vocalist and recording is just not the same as performing. You can't feed off adrenaline and crowd but it could be the recording like the guy in previous comments said. I love both versions!

It’s more of a tone thing. It sounds like a completely different singer. His tone and voice are different.

A complete zero for quality, but a nice approach to film an epic concert, even though you’re nothing but an amateur.
