This is a special Diwali vlog I hope you all like the video.
Kadala Parippu- 1 Cup
Jaggery- 2 1/4 Cups
Water- 1/2 Cup
Ghee- 1 tbs
Cardamon powder- 1 tsp
Ghee- 2 tbs
Cashew nuts- 25 gms
Sugar- 1 tbs
chana dal( vada parippu ) - 2 Cups
Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 Cups
Salt( according to taste )
Asafoetida powder- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil( for frying)
Tamarind - One big lemon size
Coconut oil - 1 1/2 tbs
Curry Leaves
ginger - 1 Square Pieces
Garlic - 5 - 6 nos ( flakes)
green chillies - 2 nos
Water - 3 Cups
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp + 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Jaggery - One Small Pieces
TOMATO - 4 nos
Sambar chillies - 2 nos
Hot water - 3 Cups
Coconut oil - 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Small onion- 7 - 8 nos
Curry Leaves
Dry red chillies - 4 nos
