Doctor, my baby boy is 1 year and 4 months old. There is white colour change in his upper right thigh area . Slight white colour is also there in the left upper thigh corner too..There is no white colour in any other part of the body.. Is this due to diaper use? or any other reason? Please reply doctor

സർ, എന്റെ മോൾടെ കുട്ടിക്ക് 17 തന്നെ ഡേ തൈറോയ്ഡ് കണ്ടു പിടിച്ചു. പക്ഷെ അറിവില്ലായ്മകൊണ്ടും പേടി കൊണ്ടും ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് 21 സ് ഡേ തുടങ്ങി എടുത്തുള്ളൂ. എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാവുമോ

Ente molku Congenital hypothyroidism annu. Within 2 days il kandu pidichu radio isotope test cheythu. IPO 7 months ayi. Follow-up cheyunde. Last resultil ( 28 May 2024)T4-14.10 and Tsh - 0.128. Currently she is taking 25 mcg and 12.5 mcg in alternate days. Her weight is 6.5 kg now. Is that all good? Is this T4-14.10 any issue? She is growing perfectly now. Is there any additional test for heart or any other organs we need to do as a follow up in any of her growth stage?

Weight is ok.. values are ok.. No need to test heart routinely.. Only needed in children with syndromic features..
