Best shop in market. I purchased wifi indoor camera with human tracking feature. All features explained properly and given by shop owner. I check price in 5 to 6 shop, but other shops just say price and no one explain details properly, like they want money only.. Not customer satisfaction.. Purchased 32 channel CCTV dvr and cameras today. I came to market at 11am, took quotes from 4 different shops as required quantity was high. Every shop I got different different prices for same models. Overall comparing with all the shops, the price at secure it store was the best. And most importantly the way of reception towards customers was also the best. Aashish answered all my questions patiently without getting bothered by too many questions which I asked. We went to purchase dahua cctv camera to the market. But after consulting few shops, we like godrej cctv camera clarity. But we were hesitant as we never used godrej brand before. But after the conversation with shop owner Ashish Jain, we Purchased 16channel godrej cctv kit with 16 cameras in june2022. Price was nominal, the only thing we were concerned about, was the output. And I'm really happy to post this, that till date we haven't faced any issues in our cctv kit. Yesterday I called Ashish for adding another 2 cameras with a 4 channel dvr. But he suggested that we can add upto 4 more IP cameras in the same 16ch dvr. Which has helped us to save the dvr and harddisk cost. Really happy with the product and service. I have recommended Ashish to many of my relatives, who have also purchased from him.

Purchased 32channel godrej nvr kit during christmas. Needed immedite installation. I was assisted by shop owner in leave time as well He arranged for delivery and installation immediately once i made payment. Satisfied with the quality of products and i will highly recommend buying branded products from secure it store.

But before introducing this CCTV Normally in some small and big shops, if you notice the cashier whatever the currency he takes from the opponent customer: First he counts manually/by machine Next he keeps that over the table with a paper wait. He takes balance change from his side and he pays to customer then only customer amount will put into his drawer. So no hanky panky from either side. Now you have shown the note Rs. 500 which has given some obstructions. Being, awareness it is ok. (That too now a days 2000 note not freely available and some shop owners are cheat the innocent peoples which I noticed.) Camera should be fixed over the top of the cash box position to get clear view.

Intro itself going for 5 mins. Host is talking the same thing again and again which is actually irritating. He is explaining what is CCTV as if no one knows it! Shopkeeper saying about what a CCTV and what it does and varieties without showing the product first 👎

I purchased cctv from another vendor 4 months back, which happens to be the worst decision. I took quote from 4 places including secure it store and also 3 other vendors, out of those secure it store's quote was the second best. So i opted with other vendor. But within 2 months i started facing issues with the cctv set up. Cables werent laid properly,cables began hanging. Cctv connectors used were low quality so they often got loose and video started to become blurry. Then in 2nd month end my dvr stopped recording. Every time i faced issues i had to call the other vendor(from whom i purchased), and he asked me to consult the technician, who inturn charged 750 per visit to rectify the errors.. Within 4 months i have paid approx 3500+ service charges .. For saving just 1500(while purchasing) i spent more than 3500 later in service charges. Again the issue with recording popped up 2 weeks back. So i decided to ring other vendors. I called 3 vendors from where i took quote,but 2 of them refused to send person as i didn't purchase from them. But secure it store agreed to send a person. The person came within a day of my call and he checked the products , it was then that I realised that I wasn't supplied quality products which were promised . Cable was low gauge, harddisk given was refurbished,connectors used were not good. I got new harddisk from secure it store and got the rework done. What I learnt is that CHEAP IS NEVER BEST, in name of discount and offers , many people sell low quality products. For the support which i got here, i Highly recommend secure it store for your needs.
