It was really really useful. Still worried about quantity. And one more doubt is my daughter completed 4 mnth and stepped info 5th mnth. Can I add semi fluid now? Or when she completes 6 month? Because her head doesn't stop completely but she can able to hold things.

Hi doctor, my baby is 1 year .I did the mistake u told ,if he gets hungry I give cerlaac. He doesn't like to eat rice so I avoided and gave him potatoes routinely (one day one time) ,now he bored with potatoes also(kuchikilangu),now iam worrying what food to introduce him. Now I realized my mistake not giving proper food at correct time. Now iam get worried how to give food and what still watching your video..😑😔 Thank you for your explanation 🙂
