Violet cabbage is a natural acid base indicator . Lemon has citric acid so it changes into pink. If u mix base it will look green.

Last purple color is converted into red because lemon was acidic and blue color because baking soda is base. Because the purple cabbage is an pH indicator.

Hi, I love all your cooking recipes ❤️ and the way you explain it to reach others is outstanding. I would like to suggest onething. Instead of using nonstick, pls change to iron or indroleum as non-stick is not at all good for health. 😃😊

I don't think you can use this in whipped cream since it's very watery but you can use in butter cream, instead of adding milk or cream use this water colors for soft peak cream

Yes. I have already seen that video. You have used store bought food colors in that. You have mentioned that we can use homemade colors. But, when we use natural food colors, we need to add more and the color will not be as vibrant as store bought ones. Am fine with that though. Also, flavors of the vegetable should not affect the taste of the cake. It would be great if you share a rainbow cake recipe with frosting using correct amount of natural food colors. Thank you!
