First time I came to know about such an option from your video. Since I am planning to build a house in Kerala I am watching many informative videos. This one was very informative and super. Thank you for uploading this one.

Ferrocement use chaithu pani kittiyavar onnu comment chaithal nannayirunnu. I used ferrocement only partitions kitchen cupboards and cubord door and draws I used multi wood. While doing this work some relatives advices me don’t use this. So luckily I used only multiwood in bedrooms. This is only 2 months old brand new home. All the items in kitchen cupboard fungus and mold ( in malayalam we say poothu poyi) chappathi palaka, oats rice flower chilly powder, mixi jar everything. It not Bz of wetness. Some chemicals is the reason. Then I started asking some neighbors and relatives. After that I came to know Books or paper karathu pokunnu, saree okke podinju pokum ennu. If this cubord is not closed with doors it will somewhat ok. If we have doors then this will happen. Please So don’t use it. I’m going replace all fero slab from kitchen. It’s only 2 months but health is important. We don’t know how harm that chemical, if no chemical I really don’t know how this is happening

I have used it for bedroom wardrobe with wooden door for last 12 years and didnt face any issue. We also used ferrocement slabs for crockery shelf too.

അത് ഒരു തെറ്റായ കണക്കാവണം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തെറ്റായ പണിക്കാർ കാരണം Plywood , multiwood വർക്കുകൾ എല്ലാം എത്ര ഷീറ്റ് വർക്ക് വന്നു എന്നതിൻ്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ചാർജ് ഈടാക്കുന്നത്. ഡോറുകൾ മാത്രം ആവുമ്പാൾ തീർച്ചയായും ചാർജ് കുറയേണ്ടതാണ്. അവർ കുറ്റക്കാത്തത് എന്ത് കൊണ്ട് എന്നറിയില്ല

4 ബ്ലോക്ക്‌ അവരാണോ കൊണ്ട് വരുന്നത്... അത് പോലെ രണ്ട് മുറിയുടെ നടുക്ക് ഭിത്തിയില്ല എന്നാൽ ferrocement വെച്ച് ആ സ്ഥലത്ത് രണ്ട് മുറിക്കും അലമാര ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ.. രണ്ട് അലമാരയുടെയും നടുക്ക് ferro സ്ലാബ് വെച്ചു കൊണ്ട്

Plastering (തേപ്പ്) കഴിഞ്ഞ ഉടനെ ഇത് ചെയ്യണം. Tile ഇടുന്നതിനു മുമ്പ് ആയിട്ട്.
