It doesn’t matter at all since it worked, but in case you didn’t know I’m pretty sure the rainfly was on backwards, the “arches” on the back were taller to accommodate the door openings that were on the front. That being said, it looks nice! Thinking of getting the 16 person one for my family, yours is the 10 person right? I’ve looked at the Amazon link and it’s a bit confusing to know which one to get. Awesome video! Super helpful.

@charlottes-world680 hey I haven't used it yet we are leaving for camping trip tomorrow. I purchased it on Amazon it says it can fit 4 queen beds so yes I'm sure u can fit the twins

Thank you for the set up overview! I had zero directions lol I have two extra poles that are like the window poles. Do you know what those are for? Also I love your indoor set up! I was trying to figure out how to fit a queen and clothes in the back space. I don't usually put my things touching the walls. Did you have any rain at all? If so did your matress get wet? And speaking of rain, did you weatherproof it at all? Thanks againaa

@@bekahbrooks82 I think those extra poles are spares 🤷‍♀️. As for the rain everytime I go camping it hasn’t rained (lucky I guess 🤷‍♀️). I am hoping I can try it out in the rain some day. Worst case since I have been getting a lot of the rain comments I might attempt to spray water on it to see how it holds up. I just don’t have room in my yard for it to do that. I hope the next camping trips later on this year it will rain and I can update y’all. I also did not water proof it I might end up doing that at some point.

Awesome tent but how did the folding go? Also, have you ever considered a cot? I've found it much more comfortable than an air mattress also giving you more tent space. But to each his own, nice setup/video.

I actually kept the bag with the poles out of the bag to make more room and to make it not as heavy…. It went back in the bag nicely and the orange straps helped out a lot… yes that is the next step for sleeping arrangements… I went camping again after this trip and used the blow up mattress… either it has a small leak or it doesn’t like being in the outdoor elements because it loses air…. So I am first going to test it at home then possibly getting a cot in the future…. It’s a experiment on trying what is the best I guess 😂

I've got a Marchway cot and lay a "traditional" sleeping bag on it for cushioning and is super comfortable. Also I move alot sleeping and air mattresses seemed to move when I moved, cots are pretty much stable. The only negative about Marchway is it's too low to the ground, making it difficult to get out but it's a backpacking tent. My next cot will be a Helinox, which has leg extensions. Good luck with your mattress but consider a cot...you won't waste time inflating and deflating.

How is it cold weather?

For Florida cold weather it is fine…. I normally just use a heating pad in my sleeping bag for warmth. I haven’t tested it out in normal cold weather 😂… I will do that in the future and report back. I do know it keeps in heat really well from camping in Florida weather… it was so hot in the tent when we camped back in April at Koreshan SP I had fans running and windows open in the tent and i was still sweating. So I would think if you have a floor heater for tents in there it will keep in heat.

@@WallerAdventures I guess that's my dilemma... I live in FL as well and want to be able to camp here, with nice ventilation but also camp in the mountains and have it hold in some heat.
