1)The first gen RC390 has the battery cover issue. It will have vibrations if not locked properly. (You should be an expert to do it) if not fixed properly this lock will break over time. 2) Speedometer buttons will break due to wear and tear easily in 3yrs + (common to all KTM using the normal speedometer and not TFT) 3) Quality of tank is very poor. It rusts very easily due to our Indian petrol conditions.

I have a 2018 duke 390 which I use mainly for long rides. As soon as it crossed 20k km I changed the coolent pump seal by myself just as a precaution because I found out that these seals fail after 20-25k km. Now I can ride in peace for another 20k km.

@@ch010azifrahman7 coolant pump kit (seals,grease and pump casing gasket) was something around ₹350. Replacement I did myself so no labour charge so total ₹350 ☺️.
