That’s true but on the highway they are useless... for the city they’re amazing but my rc125 maxes out at 114 on the highway and that’s going slightly downhill too

I am in Germany like the rider in the video and here, a 125cc offers you the only way to drive with a proper pace at 16. If you only drive on normal roads where the speedlimit is at 100kph, a 125cc is really OK.

If you put a more aerodynamic pose, you will surely reach 124 km/h. And by aerodynamic pose I mean sticking the helmet to the fuel tank XDDD

The best bike I love the speedometer in KTM cuz showing exactly how fast you going. Compare with GPS is the same speed. Love KTM

@@andyharrod1436 there is a difference between 2 and 4 Strokes. There are two stroke bikes that can ride 200 Kph with 35 ps like the Aprilia. But in Germany you are not allowed to drive those with 16

@Whocares Deswegen ziehen wir am besten gar nix an, dann kann man uns danach noch effektiv zu Bolognese weiterverarbeiten... Kombi muss immer sein, besonders bei schnelleren Crashes rettet die echt Haut.

Pretty fast bike and love the look of it, 115kph cruising speed is hight for a 125 too!

Well i like this bike too, but there are bikes that makes like 145km/h and they are 125. Like ktm 125 exc. But they have more hp.

Finally a video that shows how a 125cc will do on the highway. And from what i have seen now, i think it is quite possible to use it on the highway for a short time right? If you ride around 100 km/h. (Where i live the max allowed speed on highway is 100 km/h)

If you drive about 100kmh for a longer time your feet will start hurting because of the vibrations caused by like 9k revs even in 6th gear but for shorter rides its no problem

Personally putting the new exhaust on has slowed your bike down, my 2015 duke does 136kph/85mph before limiter and 70 mph all day with stock stubby. Ive tried a couple of different after market pipes and yes they sound cool af but lost power throughout the gear range. Thanks for the upload btw 👍🏻👍🏻

what do you mean ? the Exhaust ? is a Akrapovic with no silencer.

lol why is it so slowly? Yamaha MT-125 reached 125 to 130.

I specifically searched 125cc for the exhaust because I was wondering do these big brands make exhausts for smaller CC bikes? Do these aftermarket exhausts affect the bike engine?

Ich hab selber vor mir eine Duke 125 zu holen und hab da ne Frage. Fährst du auf der Autobahn die ganze Zeit im Roten Drehzahl-Bereich? Weil wenn ja, ist das nicht schädlich für den Motor?

Ja mache ich, also ich fahre seit 26.000 km so und hatte bis jetzt keine Probleme mit dem Motor.... demnach sollte das schon in Ordnung sein. Man kann allerdings sagen das sich so der Verschleiß etc. Erhöht.

Such a nice bike but i had to go with a Honda Hornet 600 over the ktm duke 125/200 just for the simple fact our Highway speeds are 120Kph and the hornet almost does that in first gear XD The smaller bike I feel like must be fun for short city/traffic commutes tho!

Zwei Fragen: 1. wie zum fick hast du den db Killer rausbekommen?? Bei meiner Duke (auch 2020 mit akra Slip on) müsste ich die Nähte entfernen und gefühlt das ganze Motorrad zerlegen 2. wie schaltest du dein abs aus weil finde die Option nicht oder liegt es daran dass sie noch nicht 1000km erreicht hat? Geiles Video mach weiter so 👍🏼

Cydem Cydem ja das liegt an den noch nicht erreichen 1000 km. Ist bei der großen Duke auch so. Nach 1000 km kann Man dann alles aus bzw an schalten
