Step by step installation of the KTM 790 & 890 auxiliary tanks.
With the R/G rear auxiliary tanks for the KTM 790/890 you can add extra 5 liters (1.3 gal) of fuel and increase your riding range. The tanks are equal size and connected to the fuel line of the main tank if you are using the original KTM configuration or to each side tank if you are using the R/G front rally tanks. They are drained by gravity.
The tanks are exactly the same size and shape as the original plastic panels. That makes them compatible with any exhaust silencer, luggage racks and other accessories using the same attachment points as the PowerParts racks.

Hi, great product! But one question, is it possible to have a lockable fuel caps? Are you eventually supplying that?
Is it important to bring the vent line all the way down?
Will these fit the 2023 890 R?
I can get 260+ miles out of the stock tanks, that really isnt far enough? I got 285 the other day and it wasnt empty yet.
Forgot to mention the final tightening of the fuel feed banjos….

Yes, you can. We supply the plastics T-shape splitter, you can replace that for the metallic one.
Hey, I see you have water&fuel or fuel & fuel. Do you have a water & water? I don't have a need to go over 300 miles but a few ltrs of water would be amazing.

Hi, the configuration water - water is not available. Only feuel - fuel or fuel - water. Thanks.
How long will the decals last stuck straight to plastic fuel tank ... 3 months perhaps then its starts to bubble off.

The decals are perforated now, so they will last much longer than 3 months

Yes, that's an option. However we sell always the pair of tanks as set only.

Hi Steven, the volume is 2,5 liters each, 5L in total
