KTC Bowling Drills - Shoulder Collapse Drill

Coach Del Warren describes how to do the Shoulder Collapse drill in detail. Also included are examples by a RH, LH, and 2 handed players. This drill is effective in working on rhythm and feel as well as staying loose.

    Great drill it helped me get out of my own way, my head was so full of stuff after a five year layoff I couldn't bowl!!!! This really helps over thinking and yes if I get stuck in real play I do pull this out and immediately get rid of the tugs and pulls that tension creates.

    Not specifically. Just be sure and grab the ball and go up all in one continuous motion. Not focusing on set up or anything but being smooth and relaxed.
