Your analysis of the bank’s balance sheet needs correction. Depositors are not paid from loan provisions since there is no corresponding investment against this provision. Provision is created out of the bank’s revenue and if the revenue is not adequate to absorb the provision, then the net result is operating loss which erodes the bank’s capital.
Thank you very much. Learned a lot today. Eventually, what we see is that the depositors are the scapegoat. Their deposit is at stake.

This is actually concept of acquisition of control under IFRS 3. Merger is forming a new organisation . As there only Exim bank exists this is the concept of acquisition not merger
At the end did you find under what provisions BB can allow a bank not to publish BS. Although it is for one year, how did PB/FB managed to not to publish any of its BS and What did BB do?

আমার পরিবারের সদস্যরা সহ9টি একাউন্ট থাকায় আয়কর রিটার্ন দাখিল করা হয় ঠিক মত কিন্তু আমারা এখন দুরচিন্তায় আছি।
এক্সিম ব্যাংকের ডেপোজিট ৪২,০০০ কোটি আর লোন ৪৫,০০০ কোটি। এটি নিজেইতো ডুবে আছে। আরেকজনকে নিবে কিভাবে?

এটাকি মগের মুল্লুক পেয়েছেন, তারা জানে জমাকারীরাও চুরি করা টাকা জমা করেছিল, তাই সরকারের যা করার তাই করেছে। ২০ ৪০% লোকসান দিয়েছে সেটা ভাগ্য।
