I think, Ethan's point was or what I made of it was, only a handful of people could look that good after seriously training for the first time in that short space of time. The first fight that is. Yes, hardwork could get you in shape. But being in shape and your body looking good are not the same thing. That's where genetics play a massive part. Someone could beat a guy in all physical departments but not look as aesthetically pleasing in terms of physique to the guy he just beat. And once you've done the hardwork once, it is much easier to get back to that level even if you've gained like 20kgs or something. Cause all you really need to do is lose the weight. Yes, there's still a lot of hardwork to be done but JJ going from 100kg to being ripped is much easier than someone who is 100kg but never has worked out properly in their life.

There was an update on the Randy and Simon podcast. He didn't even start training, only 2 months left, and he'll be with the sidemen on a trip to Las Vegas in a few days, so no chance he'll make it.

Some people naturally have a 10 pack, others will have an 8, some people will have the 6 pack or even a 4 or a 2 pack. it completely depends. Dwayne The Rock Johnson is a good example of this. He has NO ABS because of his GENETICS. The Rock has about a 1 and a half or 2 and a half pack. His dad had the same look so he inherited his dads genetics. What's important tis that Deji actually gets abs whatever his genetics are so that could be anywhere between a 2 - 10 pack. It's purely genetics.
