John Kerry, Joe Biden, Mitt Romney and Pelosi all had sons who received money from Ukrainian gas companies. And no one will report on this fact. Joe Biden is treating this Russia/Ukraine problem like it's crackhead son, and hoping throwing money at it to make it go away... just ignore his corruption.. that'll fix it. It's gonna collapse the Dollar if he starts a two front war. And I'm not gonna fight that war for these people. Y'all deserve each other. I hope our politicians like the idea of working in a CCP cobalt mine, cuz your war fighters are done protecting you while you indoctrinate our kids into hating us.

I am a Ukrainian in America, grew up in the US, born and raised in Ukraine till I was 5. Although it does hurt to some extent to hear literally anything negative about Ukraine at this point, it's also important to realize that this is a subjective and fleeting feeling and that if we don't look at reality objectively -- talk about the negatives being swept under the rug by mainstream/the gov. as they're doing here -- that is the key way to build trust with the average person and have real healthy discussion/debate and progress. So thank you Joe and thank you Krystal & Saagar. And may wokeism die as swift a death as possible through nonviolent means

Hey, even if they are bought agents, that means that there's a move to deescalate and bring Ukraine and Russia to the piece negotiations. But it's not a done deal, USA has control over Zelensky, but almost no control on Putin, moreover they keep isolating Russia and pigeon-holing them closer to China in opposition to USA and Europe. It may be really hard to get Russia to negotiate, since they won't trust anyone anymore (after Minsk agreements sham, after Nord Stream bombing, etc.)

The big takeaway is we can't have civil discussions. We have incredibly complicated and nuanced topics absolutely worth discussing in detail but instead of a sophisticated debate, it's dumbed down to black vs white, or red vs blue. We either support one thing or we are evil and support x, y, and z. We do this with just about everything related to societal issues. Too many assumptions, too little tolerance. It's only exasperated by the fact that we try to have these discussions using 150 characters or less. I think we can do better. It leaves me wondering if it's all by design or if our own inadequacies are getting the best of us.

Brother, if one side says the earth is flat and the other side that its round, pray tell, what is the civil discussion to be had? Where's the middle ground with "but NASA is faking photos to make it look round"? K&S are so full of shit on this point. There is no other way to describe it. They talk about Zelenskyy firing corrupt offcials...but for some reason fail to mention that the US Treasury has been keeping an eye on the money sent there and found that those funds arent misused. The Pentagon has failed FIVE audits since the 90s, in amounts that go in the trillions- and now we're going to pearl clutch? Russia postured on nuclear weapons thinking it will scare people from helping, only to have their news agency Taas that Russia reafirms not to use nuclear weapons when they saw that people arent deterred. Do K&S have that in their "discussion"? They act like morons that dont comprehend how shifting circumstances required different approaches. Oh Biden said that he wont send tanks *at that time*. And now he is sending it after Russian mobilization?! (and only 40 of them). Oh the depravity! Oh, and what Saagar said about nuclear policy? Totally wrong. December 12th, 2022, Peskov affirsm that currently nuclear policy will NOT change. If they want a civil discussion, they should have a discussion, first and foremost. Not chasing click simply because the anti war sentiment looks for validation that does not exist.

"Are we setting ourselves up for world war 3 right now?" My biggest worry is that since everybody has nukes now, that this makes an actual direct military engagement between America and China or Russia, far more likely. The idea being that they would never actually use nukes unless it was an absolute last resort to prevent a full blown toppling of their regimes... I am just saying my biggest fear is the reality that we no longer live in a world where "total and complete surrender" is still a thing, and what that ultimately means is that our leaders might actually come to a very dangerous understanding about the future of war, where they will try to settle their disputes by trying to demoralize the other's country into defeating itself. Essentially world war 3 will be a long dragged out war of skirmishes and ceasefires, as each side tries to prove their military might, with the ultimate victor being decided by who can keep their military's morality high enough to stay engaged in the fight... We are entering pretty scary times in my view, where we can easily see the draft return because who in this country would volunteer to join the army if Chinese spies are sending tiktok videos to teenagers showing how they turned our army into hamburger during the last skirmish they fought because our leaders couldn't agree with their's about the sovereignty of a little tiny island halfway across the world? The money goes to the top and helps consolidate and strengthen the corruption off the backs of well to do citizens. These ideological games end in the same way

I wonder what these people think would happen if Russia didn’t start this military operation, what would be the next step (after so many already done steps)? When I hear that, I am imagining the bear minding his own business and people marching towards it, despite all the signals that the bear feels threatened and will need to defend himself. And once bear attack, and God forbid kill somebody, it will be all bear’s fault, and not the people who charged at him, ignoring all signs off red lines.

This is an issue that is between Ukraine and Russia. First of all it isn't a foreign country invading Ukraine. Ukraine was apart Russia until 1991 and were aligned with each other for a long time. It wasn't until NATO AKA US decided to position themselves on the doorstep of Russia. This is all planned from the powers of yesteryear and unfortunately it is being propagated as democracy. I dont have a clue who these are, but they were using financial figures that clearly had not included any kind of inflation they said more money than they gave to the Afghan military, well like us in the UK they had boots and equipment there, not really a comparison, secondly the Vietnam war ( also troops and equipment) that was nearly half a century ago so what would those figures look like with genuine inflation added too them , I also expect like with the UK Second world war that money and aid was paid back to the USA with interest over a period like we finished paying it in 2006 Now we have the Batman and Robin part, i worked in a plumbers merchant in London from 1998 to 2011, i met a lot of Ukrainian plumbers and builders who were here due to joining the common market (freedom of movement) cracking guys who would all openly talk about fighting Russian incursions and there open dislike for the Russian state. She should also read about the Non-Proliferation Treaty and The Budapest Memorandum The US, Russia and UK conned Ukraine into signing in 1994. Under those agreements Ukraine gave all its nukes to Russia in exchange for a promise of protection of its borders against any outside incursion. How do you think Ukraine feels about giving up those nukes now?

I have access to Russian state owned media and can read the Kremlin Propaganda online without needing someone else to rehash to me English those same Kremlin talking points. At the end of the day the Russian propaganda is weak. It relies on heavy cognitive dissonance and holding Ukraine to a standard Russia doesn't hold it self to at all. How does denazification of Ukraine equal annexing parts of it? How does annexation solve the issue of NATO on the Russian border when Russian already has 4 NATO members on its border with Finland likely joining soon?

Get your facts straight. You are WRONG WRONG WRONG! They haven't GIVEN Ukraine 100 billion dollars. They've been told they have the money aside that they slowly pull from. They've given Ukraine somewhere around 27 billion dollars out of the money they set aside. Every couple weeks they release 2 or 3 dep[ending on needs. What that mean? It means we've paid 1/2 of what the world has as of now NOT double. I hate people like this. I hate it when people like this are given a voice. "One hundred BILLLLLLION dollars. That's whaawhaawhaaa? ONE ONE ONE hundred BILLION WITH A B B B B Dollars" and it's WRONG. A quarter of the 100 billion. Not only that but the US has CRAZY oversight in Ukraine on the weapons. Wooops forget to mention that one!
