It's a truck! It does truck things. The Krupp Protze Kfz 81 in 72nd scale from First to Fight. It's a very nice little kit. It has very few thin and easily broken parts. which is a bit unusual for one of these kits. but I'm not going to complain about that. It's a lot of fun to build, and it's not particularly difficult. The canvas roof was a bit of a problem that I'm not sure is due to an error on my part or not... Still. A good little kit.

First to Fight makes quality and detailed kits! I built one of their SdKfz 222 kits. I was very impressed. This Protze kit looks very good!
First to fight kits are good normally. But this one looks especially good.
What a cool looking truck. It seems to have very little room for the engine though, with that drastically sloped hood. I expect that means it had a tiny engine. I don’t think the cover not fitting properly is your fault. If you had mounted the firewall/windshield part too low the steering wheel would sit too low but it looks right to me. I’ll have to look at the beginning of the video again but it’s possible it just wasn’t adequately supported on the sprue and was too soft when it came out of the mold, and ended up sagging. At least the frame did have a sag.

would be rather cheapest way to buy it directly from the producer? they had appealing discounts while ordering multiple sets, i dont know how the things are nowadays
