The actor playing the villain is Vivek Oberoi. His debut was in the critically acclaimed gangster movie Company, and most of his best performances are in gritty movies. His career kind of fell off due to personal conflicts. Basically, after Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai's messy breakup, Aishwarya started dating Vivek soon after. Vivek stated publicly that Salman had threatened him, just a year after Vivek's debut movie. This was something that folllowed him throughout his career. Vivek and Aishwarya broke up in 2005. I highly recommend you guys watch Omkara. It has Ajay Devgn, Vivek Oberoi, and Saif Ali Khan (the other guy from Kal Ho Na Ho whom you loved) in perhaps his best ever performance, playing a very twisted villain. It would also be a good introduction to Vishal Bhardwaj, one of the best Bollywood directors working now in my opinion.

People at that time were not ready for this kind of movie. If it had been made in 2016 or 2018, people would have loved it. Despite this, it still made a lot of money and was a blockbuster that year. The superhero craze in India really started after 2015. Many people like me, who had watched Hollywood superhero movies before this, loved it. I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars, but I am biased towards Krrish only because of nostalgia.

Lol. Nobody would've loved the movie. The failure of the movie isn't how early it came out..cause it was not ahead of it's time at all. The failure of the movie was the trash plot, lack of good humour, mid songs and the fact that the entire majority of the characters of the movie are ripped off straight out of X Men, even the powers. Also stupid dialogues for the villain. Nazrudheen Shah , ecen though he was a campy villain in Krrish.. he owned it. This movie's villain sucked ass, and the actor himself actually had the audacity to compare his performance to Heath Ledger's Joker during the promotion 😂

God, I haven't watched Krrish 3 since I was maybe 8 or 9 years old. I remember thinking it was the coolest shit ever, but that also might have been because I just had a crush on Hrithik Roshan back then. I was surprised when you guys mentioned in a Krrish 1 reaction video that people thought this was the worst of the trilogy, but I guess we'll see how well it holds up in 2024 (...or doesn't).

Again saying krishh 3 is good for vfx and acting but the storyline was a bit towards for the kids movie so in india people dont understand the difference between a mass movie and a kids movie that is why people mock this but if you see the vfx are topnotch for about that time when people didnt even know what is it and have seen in only dc and marvel movies so far (very few of them) .....so as an accomplishment this is the best movie and again hrithik has worked hard for his role in this too So have your own opinion rather than just going by what your audience says you should watch it without a preassumption for every movie hope you guyz realise this

But if you see right now in 2024 then these typa movies does the best at box office collection out of all. Today’s audience aren’t that interested in romcom like previously but they prefer high production action stuff. This would do immensely well if it would have been released right now but that’s fine since part 4 is coming soon so thats a great news.

Krrish 3 is quiet fun. Everyone loved it at that time despite similarites with the concept of x men. It's just that it wasn't too Indian at heart I guess, and the story was a typical Hollywood superhero story. Still it's a mindless entertainer.

They really needed to do that kid scene otherwise alot of kids had jumped from rooftops trying to copy Krrish in 2006. Partly the reason they made his landings hard in this one instead of "Croaching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" kind.

Next should be Bajirao Mastani, devdas and gangubai kathiawadi ❤ *Just to mention that devdas is very very depressing but good movie

The main reason I feel people didn't like this movie then and basically hate this movie now.. Is that it was very unoriginal in its characters. It blatantly copied characters straight from X-Men and The Amazing Spiderman. The antidote delivery is straight from the Amazing Spiderman. Kaal is basically professor X and Magneto/Jean Grey clubbed into one. You also have Toad. Kangana is basically Mystique. And also there's no explanation as to what are the limitations of Krissh's powers. In Krissh he could jump and leap great distances, had super speed and was physically very strong. He could basically control his own body weight. In this one towards the end he can fly. His father couldn't fly. Why should the union make him fly. And lifting up entire buildings? They went too hard. And it stopped making sense. It is still solid in moments.. But overall it's lazy writing. The background score is terrific though.

I think the reason is that it's less popular or less loved is the same reason as dhoom 3 ,other factors might be that its direction is so much more American and at that time when it was released it did became commercially successful but didn't had any cult following like the first part as the first part was the only movie to do this genre and also become successful at it. another thing could be nostalgic bias , people aren't remembering the first movie they are remembering their childhood

I didn’t knew about Xmen at all when I was young… so at that time I was just amazed from this… and still now… when I know Xmen… I appreciate this movie much more that it brought that idea to India… that early… I mean love it or hate it… but you must appreciate the attempt made in 2013… I mean I love it still ❤❤… Waiting too much for Krrish 4… It will have time travel… and Jadoo returns

Indian audience liked Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish more than Krrish 3 because Krrish 3 storyline lacked the heart and innocence of previous two movies. Krrish 3 gets really superhero heavy with the same old saving the world plotline, which is there in every other superhero movie. Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish emotionally appealed to the audience because of the tragic stories of the main characters (Rohit being mentally challenged in Koi Mil Gaya. Then losing his wife and twenty years of his life in Krrish. Krishna growing up without mom and dad in the second movie). Krrish 3 didn't have anything in the main storyline which made the audience emotionally invested. Only the ending could make them emotional (you know why). Audience didn't get to see daily struggles of Rohit and Krishna in Krrish 3 which was there in Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish. One more reason people liked Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish more was because it had much better songs than Krrish 3. Especially Koi Mil Gaya songs were very melodious. Krrish 3 songs were complete trash. Indian audience finds a movie much better if it has good songs. Foreigners will not get this but songs are a big deal for Indian audience that's why they're there in every Indian film no matter which genre.
