I couldn't agree more with Hasan when he pointed out how wrong it was to show the "Dargah" scene in Burns Road Ke R/J....! Hasan is absolutely right by saying (in not so many words) the right way was to show the wife praying to Allah directly!

Junaid Akram has said this in a gazillionnnnn videos of his that the implementation of Punjab’s traffic rules and regulations is better than that of / in Karachi! And it is literally a fact!!!! I have lived half my life in Karachi and half in Lahore!!!!! Yes, traffic in Lahore has become insaneeeeeee over the years and everyone’s true faces are exposed when signals stop working at a stop, buttttttttt what he says allllll the time is a bitter fact!!! It’s better if we suck it up and try and do something to improve things in Karachi!! Lahore is always given undue advantage in terms of urban progress and this I have been consistently seeing for around 17 years now!!! Nobody gives a shit about villages and other smaller cities, saraaaa pesa Lahore mein lag jataa hai, conveniently! So yeah, it breaks my heart into a millionnnn pieces seeing the condition of Karachi from the day I was born till now!!! Khaa gaey Karachi ko!! As far as everyone else who actually did paid promotions is concerned with the hashtag 100 days of Punjab Govt. something, I am actually utterly ashamed at myself, for keeping many of these people at such a high pedestal! Amna when u dont take a stance on anything or anyone in particular. Then why promote Ghamdi sahab? His views are not all correct. Some of his views are based on moderate Islam. And there is no such thing as moderate islam. He is changing many rules and regulations in islam. By making things easy...which against the quran and sunnah.

Keeping your and my views on Sahil Adeem and KRQ aside, Ghamdi is a controversial personality who has modernised Islam beyond a certain boundary. If you really want to learn Islam, listen to Dr Israr Ahmed who is a non controversial, well educated scholar and not your typical mullah.

Islam has space for disagreement between scholars. Just because one scholar doesn't agree with another's pov, they don't say the other is not a scholar. I think as lay people we should refrain from sweeping statements such as "ghamidi is not a scholar". He has way more knowledge than us. Gained over a lifetime of religious study. You can 100% disagree with his pov but you can't discredit him

Ghamdi sb has rejected many authentic ahadiths so it alone should be enough to not follow him. And as a muslim it is my responsibility to tell this but to agree or not is other person's matter. So I would suggest to listen ulemas criticism on ghamdi sb and the decision will be yours.

When I was in Alevels (a million years ago😂), my friend told us about her “crazy/evil” cousin who tried to kill her newborn. The husband divorced her and she moved back with her parents. Back then we had no idea about anything related to mental health or post partum anything but in hindsight, we realized her poor cousin had post partum psychosis. She was ostracized from society and still lives with her parents. Rarely meets people because people still consider her as crazy or criminal.

@@sarat8577someone in my family went through post partum psychosis which happens to 1 in a 1,000 moms - unfortunate she was that ONE mom who went through it - She went to her parents house for 6-8 months to heal, underwent therapy and medication and by the time the baby turned 1.5 yrs old, she was totally healed off the meds - Today I see the same mom loving the same baby with all her heart that she couldn’t love when he was born -

Ikhlaq is the most important deed in islam. At least he has a good ikhlaq. Huzoor pak ne apne ikhlaaq ki waja se deen phelaya tha. Ghamdi sahb bhi bhle ghalat interpret kr rhy hongy lekin sahi interpretation to sahil adeem sahb ki b nhi h.

Hassan just to point out that the definition which Sahil laid out of “Taghut” is not aligned with the actual definition of the word according to Islam. It literally means having a deity which is put up to worship other than Allah. So Idols are the “Taghut” and worshiping them is Shirk, which is indeed the biggest sin in Islam. It is really important to get the definition of the word right.

KUQ and Sahil Adeem: Why those two men were talking about women rights? What have they done in this cause? Are they activists or lawmakers? Or are they associated to Islamic council that approves or provides consultation on laws? Women have been going through a lot and this is something serious that should not be given to these jokers to talk about. It is shame that this man is still getting projects, superstars working on his projects, he is getting views and reviews. Please don't say craft and character are different things. For actors it can be debatable. But for writers, no craft is not separable from their thought process or ideology. All the filth they have in mind, they pen it down and we buy it unfortunately

Amna I don’t agree that celebrities in past had some kind of ownership. There had been always been two types of celebrities; one who attach with a cause and other who do as somewhat a paid campaign. By backlash if now done for this government. In every government, this had been happening. Celebrities should limit themselves from such government driven campaigns in any party’s duration

The actors must have mentioned paid promotion with the ad otherwise if they wanted to speak they have the right after doing the proper research and not spread misinformation

There is a whole lot of bollywood outside dharma, yrf and bhansali and its amazing too. And fawad might be the biggest actor of Pakistan but he has literally done 3 films, in which the first one was mostly about sonam, and the other was multistarrer and in the third movie he only had a cameo. You can't exactly say he was paired opposite alia and anushka. Coming to Vaani, she has done pretty good movies and has worked opposite big names of bollywood. Maybe because of the popularity back in 2016 he might have had offers with some of the big names back then, but that doesn't mean he still has that popularity/star power to bag a role against the likes of alia or deepika or katrina in 2024. But just because of his fans expectations a good actress is being subjected to name calling (C grade actress and what not)

Bollywood churns out movies like crazy, and the industry and even the audience has a very fickle memory. Great actors with many hits become irrelevant here if we don't see them for a few years. I think this is just a weird expectation that he should only work in dharma or with bhansali or yrf Or with leading ladies. He is an amazing actor and if he has chosen a script he must have had strong reasons for it. And by some rumours this project is for Netflix, so it doesn't make it Bollywood. You guys should support your superstars and have faith in them rather than unnecessarily criticizing and resorting to bash the female lead.

You can’t deny that though Fawad was not the main hero in those 3 Bollywood movies but he became a star and women(even men) went crazy for him. Please watch his interviews and see how even the interviewers used to go gaga over him. I guess you forgot the filmfare award show where he hosted with Karan. Can’t forget how Sonakshi and Deepika were blushing in front of him. So please don’t try and portray as if he was a nobody in Bollywood.

@@alj3449 I know my comment was very long so you might not have read it fully. Of course he was popular, and had signed movies opposite likes of katrina as the lead hero BUT back in 2016. In 2024? Not so much. Expecting the same fan following and hype after 8 years, working in top production and with top stars is something that won't be possible for him right now.

I am hurt and disappointed after watching the mukalma of these 2 men talking about women in a very demeaning way. I am from a village but a highly qualified person. But even the elder women in my family despite of not having much formal education are very intelligent and respectful and knowledgeable, I cannot say that we 95 percent are jahil. But the problem is why people like them are allowed to do speaches in colleges and universities.

The jahalat he was referring to is in islamic context. Women are unaware of the rights Islam has given them, thus they are abused and exploited in Pakistan. Arabic word jahal and urdu word jahil, are used differently. Im not sure why Sahil Adeem didnt highlight this difference.

Do you know that JAHIL adeem just recently bought a car worth 3,5 cr. Toyota cruiser for his family. The same Toyota that makes Israeli tanks.. kfc ke eik meal Se goli banti Hai, KITNE KA Hai eik meal, aur yaha 4 crore diye Haa Rahe Hai Israel ko falasteeni Bache mindhne ke liye. Fawad is superstar in Pakistan but is an A Lister in Bollywood he only acted as lead in khoobsurat movie which more focused on Sonam Kapoor character and played 2 lead in his second movie and side role in his third movie on the other hand vaani played lead opposite Ranbir Ranveer and Hrithik in big budget movie

I usually don't comment but have to appreciate the commentary on Samaa News fiasco. Beautifully handled! Also loved Hassan pointing out Burns Road dargah bit! I felt the same watching it! Great example of entertaining and informative content handled responsibly!

Unfortunately majority of this populace irrespective of gender lacks basic common sense. Look at your own dramas glorifying evil, providing a simple redemption of sitting at a dargah. As a resident of lahore i have not seen anything examplary that MN can take credit for. All i see is decorative lights on roads while the area around is dark with loadshedding. My small family has been slapped with the highest electricity bill ever even when we were mindful of our usage. I m paying a ridiculous amount of school and uni fee because there is no check and balance. There r many days when there is no gas to cook for hours. I consider myself middle class and if we r spending our life thinking about bijli,pani,bill and bills i cannot imagine what struggles lower class is gpung through. So no MN ur 100 days did nothing for lahoris. Ppl in govt educational institutions r only going there because they dont have options. Because ur khandaan didnt leave options for them. And yes we do know parlimantarians who r already building luxury houses for themself. Ap log awaam ke servants hain. Serve ur awaam . Its literally ur job. Do your job.

@Somethinghaute Re Postpartum depression, on a usual office day one of my subordinate who recently had a baby came to me to take permission to leave immediately as his local pub manager called him and told him that his GF is at the pub and when he asked her how is the baby, she replied which baby? The pub manager sensed something wrong and called my colleague. So that woman left his few days old baby alone at home and went to pub to have a drink. Because she was suffering from postpartum depression. I was not even married then but today being mum of two children I totally understand, what a woman goes through especially in a foreign country where the couple have no family support to raise the baby.

You're talking about PIA, when even most of our Pakistani brands like FTA & SUFFUSE charge you in USD when you buy from their website and that is usually 2-3 thousand more than the actual retail price.

Why so much regulations and unnecessary teachings for women? This is exactly why women in India and Pakistan need “Azaadi” from “Abbas and bhais”. Women don’t need any such guidance what they need is equality in society. This whole thing is ridiculous 😡

Sahil Adeem is a gem... Anybody can make mistake... It doesn't mean you multiply all his efforts with zero... Hasan has commented on this controversy without biaseness... Amna herself said that she has not watched the whole program but her expressions were like she knows that Sahil sb. Is 100% guilty... Sahil Adeem never promoted to go to any molvi or scholar and pay them to teach you what islam is.. He is doing the opposite of what Amna has said. He always talks about reading and understanding Quran and Seerah ourselves so that we know what is right and what's not. He talks about women rights all the time. And he took responsibility in the show as well.. that men are responsible for the unawareness of women now a days. So women should use Islam while asking for their rights because there is no other system that gives women her Rights more than ISLAM. Appreciation for Hassan 🙌

On Sahil Adeem’s Jahil controversy and his DALEEL to call unaware “Jahil” I want to add as I had my M.Phil research on Urdu Translations of Holy Quran In Surah Aal e Imran Verse no 123 وَلَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ بِبَدْرٍ وَأَنْتُمْ أَذِلَّةٌ Here Ashab e Badr is called Azillah which is the plural of Zaleel and in Urdu we use this word to abuse So here is the point that Arabic words has different meanings like Azillah here means not well equipped and not prepared for war as it was required…… but can we call anyone Zaleel if we see him/her un equipped ? I researched on many verses about women in Surah Nisa andsurprised what we were told by our religious but if we learn Arabic and learn Quran and religion thorough required skills rather than blindly following someone

A 'Paid Campaign' needs to have 'Paid Content' written on it. They tried to pass it as personal opinion which is unethical
