If we are doing exercise the creatine level will increase. Dehydration also will increase the creatine level. Red meat more protein also a problem. So avoid more exercise and have less protein food.

the ideal limit for men is 1.2. So the increase is marginal. You can take the test again for at least the next two months. And compare it. If it remains at that level, review your daily water intake, regular consumption of red meat, and dairy products, intensive workouts/muscle-building etc (if any). Treat this as a non-medical comment/suggestion

My father's serum creatinine value is 1.9,2..uric.acid, urea n protein level also lil more than that of normal values ..in C.T kidney function was normal. he was administered to take sodium bicarbonate by a nephrologists ..could you please upload a video on what all food can be eaten and what not...it is confusing that some dietitians would advice to reduce high potassium food some would advice it is good for reducing uric acid and creatinine

Hi Doctor. my age is 26 now. When I checked last time creatinine was 1.2. it was around December 2021. Now when I checked recently it is 1.4 in Jan 2023. The value 1.4 is like after 30 mints of gym. it was not intense workout but i lifted some weights. my weight is around 103kg. Does weight play any role in this? Is it a problem having this value around 1.4 ?
