Hi I am Jill from California I am a cerebral palsy quadraplegic . I have been driving for over 20 years. I hope you got your license

I have foot drop due to a parenial nerve disorder and the worst foot is my right foot. Foot braces make it so difficult to drive in, I am scared to drive without them because my foot may turn sideways. So I am looking into pedal modifications, maybe even hand controls. Hand Controls scare me! All this costs a fortune and is not covered by insurance. :(

I'm nervous for my driving assessment 😢

I'm in the same boat, I have spastic diplegia and am in the process of getting set up to drive in the US. I'm hoping to drive with my feet as apposed to hand controls as I don't really want to do a transmission swap in my car. BTW, Kristy is very cute.

I'm with Mr. Lizzard. I really identify with your comment, "chicken and egg situation" ~1:40. It's crazy the way they have things set up for us in the US and apparently the UK, too. Are you driving yet? I'm trying my hands and feet at driving. Hand controls scare me. lol Anyway, good luck!
