You guys really have to watch Dimash Kudaibergen.. He is the best singer in the world right now.. He's a natural Tenor.. but he can sing like a Soprano and a Baritone beautifully. He also mixes Pop, Rock, and Opera in his songs flawlessly. Watch any performance by him and please tell me what you think

If I had a voice like that I wouldn’t even speak in my normal voice, I’d be harmonizing my order at starbucks like crazy.

@@cathh6277, not always. She hopefully, and more likely, has relative pitch. That means you can hear a note and pretty much know what it is. Perfect pitch can be worse. The world is rarely "in tune" and it can drive people with perfect pitch a little nuts.

Kristin grew up a short distance from me. I can safely say it is not being "famous" that she loves. She is truly the most effervescent person , ever. Loves making people happy, putting a smile on their faces. Even to the point of appearing goofy. Her singing and stage presence have given her the venue to do that. She really is pretty much what you would imagine. Sweet, southern and tiny, with a huge heart.

Gosh, seeing her makes me miss Pushing Daisies even more now!

She's such a talent; loved her in Wicked and Pushing Daisies. Beautiful voice and great energetic charm. But also isn't it kinda weird that both she and her body seem convinced that they've always been in the late-teens to early twenties this whole time. She really is a marvel to behold.

bubblegumplastic Tessitura is basically your “comfortable” range. Where you sing the easiest without fatigue, most agility, power and the least amount of effort. Soprano is a voice type. Which is the highest female voice. And Coloratura is someone who’s voice is extremely agile. Capable of doing long extended melisamatic riffs, runs, trills and all that.. And ofcourse sings high naturally because that’s where they feel most comfortable.

@@qlimax95 she's a sopranino. There are 5 types of soprano; sopranino, soprano leggero, soprano lirico, soprano spinto and soprano drammatico. Sopranino is the highest subtype of soprano. When you say coloratura soprano, you probably talking about naturally high bright girly sopranos (soprano leggero and sopranino) who has great coloratura rather than soprano spinto/drammatico who has developed agility but high tessitura. Coloratura is a vocal role, not voice type.

Only she can make a fire alarm sound amazing.

I had one student that was maybe 5'0" and spoke with a higher register voice. One time another classmate asked her to sing a little opera. As a joke she said, "I'll take requests". While my students couldn't come up with a song, I told her to sing part of the Nessun Dorma. She was delighted that I knew that. Her normal register changed in an instant as she sang the highlight of that piece "All'alba vincerò!" It was like she was a completely different person for a minute.

Love her so much. An amazing talent.
