Kristin Cavallari Discusses Her Book, "True Roots"

Ойын-сауық

In her first book, Kristin Cavallari shared her personal journey along with her tips on everything from style to relationships. And now, with "True Roots," Cavallari shows readers that improving the way you eat doesn’t have to be difficult―a clean and toxin-free diet can and should be fun, easy, and enjoyable. She learned the hard way that dieting leads nowhere good, and that a clean lifestyle is the ticket to feeling and being healthy. Her recipes are proof that a healthy lifestyle isn’t boring or bland.

I love this interviewer btw you could tell she wasn't trying to get anything out for headlines even if it made Kristen uncomfortable. It was very genuine and friendly

It makes me feel better that I didn't have my first until I was 26 and people actually had the balls to say I was getting to old to have children. Not to mention insulting. Just because you are responsible enough to get on birth control and not get knocked up as a teen or before I was mentally and financially ready to have a kid.

I love Kristin! She seems to be the most genuine of all the Hills girls (also like Audrina, Heidi and Whitney). It's funny how she's always been portrayed as the villain in the show, but in the end we learned who the real mean girl really is.

Ja, I think Lauren was always insecure, needy, and dramatic. Kristen was confident, down-to-earth, and simple. Both have strong personalities, but complete opposites. I was a teenager when Laguna Beach aired, and the Hills, and it just seemed like Kristen was the mean one. Come to see, that even if the show was scripted, the reality was that Kristen was hated on for being a strong person. It is a big mind f*ck.

I love her way of healthy eating. I eat kinda the same way. I tried being Vegan a while and ... not for me! I like to choose healthy foods but allow some bread once and a while not every day. Kristen has matured into a nice woman. She lives by my friend Beckah Shae who is a writer and singer. 😋

norma creation ok Norma.. you are entitled to your opinion about her seeming "fake," but I do have a problem with you calling her overly skinny. I mean, seriously? It's 2018, girl. Don't buy into the patriarchal system that encourages women to tear each other apart, especially their looks. I think it would hurt *you* if someone mentioned you were too fat, for instance. Not saying you are, but giving you an example, so maybe you can use a little empathy next time you write something online and are on the verge of cyberbullying. It's messed up man. Seriously stop that.

Actually your completely wrong lol you can however many passions you want, that's up to you just like when people say" my purpose" you have several different purposes, not just one. You don't have to find one thing in life that inspires and drives you and only stick to that one thing for the rest of your life. We are human beings and are constantly growing
