Its because Cypris payed them to win, the song is the best for me, and i thought it will win but just thoughts... The lyrics is just so good, the melody too this was the song that needed to win, not Eleni Foureira - Fuego... The Cypris song wasnt that good.. You know we cant compare them, Bulgaria's song was the better one

So, yes - that could prevent him from winning, because he is a Russian. In recent years, Eurovision has stopped playing honestly. Again - Bulgaria delivers one of the strongest entries in the ESC. Besides the song from Belgium it is the most contemporary song the year. I can't wait to see his stage performance in Kiev. I had doubts at first, but after I saw this I think he'll do more than great. He's so handsome and kindness literally radiates out of him, the song is intense, the lyrics meaningful and the video is very minimalistic yet tasteful which I love. Also, maybe it's just me but there's something in him and the way he's dressed that really reminds me of Kpop which is another plus for me. I really hope he wins.

Don't hold your breath because I've seen a lot of his live vids & he doesn't seem to have strong vocals to do this beautiful song justice. His voice is autotune corrected here in this studio version so I hope he doesn't make a mess of it live.
