I missed kris in the tv..ang sarap kasi nya mag host hindi boring
ang dami namang negative comments. once nasa pilipinas na ang mga foods syempre they have to accomodate din sa pang lasa ng pinoy. example lang mcdo wla naman rice sa usa ang mcdo pero they added it to their menu pra maging sakto sa pnlasa ng pinoy. same with the japnese restos.

alam naman siguro ang rules na bawal ang dalawang chopsticks pag nagluluto because masama iyon. wag nyong gagawin sa harap ng japanese yan. dahil ang meaning is pag may namatay dalawang chopsticks ang ginagamit habang sinusunog ang katawan para ihiwalay ang buto . so dapat isa lang magluluto using chopsticks. just saying

+Ed Bryan Ferdynand I agree with you but if you want to serve the Japanese food genuinely, then follow the accurate recipe. Otherwise, it is not Japanese food. I have been living in Japan in many years, and studied the Japanese cooking. I think it is the best way to show Filipinos what Authentic Japanese Food is all about. The taste and the appearance, or your restaurant should say "Sukiyaki" Filipino Version. You cannot blame us to comment in your video tutorial, but next time, please do not mislead your viewers. I know that business is business but what if someday you encounter one of us, who knew what sukiyaki is and complained? However, let us see what it really tastes like, it is depended who cooked it. Whether she or he is a good cook with heart. Ganbatte kudasai.

+MM Coach amen to you ! i'm living in japan for 28 yrs and i'm always get disapointed each i attemp to visit some japanese restaurant in our country (exept with actually japanese chef) specially sushi restaurant. napuruhan ako minsan at nadala ng hospital nang makakain ng isang itlog. nilaga pa yun hayz...

Hindi naman ganyan pagluto Sukiyaki hindi ako mahilig jan pag uwi ko lulutuan ko kamag anak ko nyan...kahit sushi gagawan ko din sila

I agree I’ve been to Japan 5x and this isn’t close to Japanese food or even close to authentic
Masyado pong marami yung sabaw.
Sori po pro hindi po yan sukiyaki, sobrang mali paraan ng pagluluto at wla po carrots at onion

Sori ha but it's not like Japanese sukiyaki:(that's not the proper way of cooking sukiyaki:)wala hong carrots at onions un sori po opinion lng po.:)but the other foods looks yum:)
This is not the right way of Sukiyaki cooking. And how come there is no raw beaten egg served with Sukiyaki to dip in the beef, and vegetables. In Japan we don't put onion or carrot, and we saute the chinese cabbage as well, and not putting much the sauce.

we dont eat raw egg in the philippines. and the sukiyaki they cooked is already philippinized to accomodate filipino customers.

Then don't call it "Sukiyaki." And just create another name for that. Sukiyaki will never be "SUKIYAKI" if you don't follow the real recipe. And please don't say that YOU or Filipinos don't eat raw eggs. I know a lot of Filipinos who eats it, and uses fresh egg is the best way to avoid stomachache.
