I don’t think the problem is Sophia wanting to play mom. I think that Kourtney wants to be the main female role model of the kids lives and doesn’t want to just let any of Scott’s girlfriends be in her kids lives. Scott and Sophia are together now but that could change one day. It would be a lot more difficult for the kids to process Sophia one day being gone if Kourtney wasn’t around.

I actually think it´s amazing that they go on vacations together and respect each other! There are so many people that hate each other after they break up ! this is so great and refreshing to see.

There is a way to achieve that though and in a way that is respectful to everyone in an appropriate way. Getting along or co-parenting doesnt mean going on vacation together esp when one has a partner. You are right in that its refreshing to see exes getting along for the sake of the children and themselves

I actually love this. They're also showing their kids that breakups aren't always toxic and that you and your ex can maintain a healthy relationship as co-parents and people.

From the outside looking in it does look odd. No one would ever dare bring there ex and his girl along unless they were that cool. She says she’s cool with it- fine. But when scott starts to get more serious and possibly have a family on his own with Sofia she can’t tag along with them.. it just seems odd again.

It’s only awkward if you make it awkward Now my ex husband we couldn’t be in a room together we absolutely hate each other, but the father of my kids we stayed on very good terms it’s not like we share the same rooms etc it’s different apartments when we’re on holiday etc we still go off and do our own things. We just get along really well as I do with his wife and her kids, and the kids are all happy.

Sorry but , kim k always wants to diss / expose people and have enemies and hate everyone imo. Kourtney is such a good mom, and parent and she does the right thing for her kids. She keeps them close to their dad and obviously the relationship to the girlfriend of their father has to be good. They will always come face to face with her... why do you want to out/blame her.. you need to get along and have at least a respectful relationship. Parents can divorce or breakup BUT they will always face eachother at any event and instead of fighting dear Kim, Kourtney chose to be peaceful cause she knew they would always come face to face at any family event

lavidavi what i tried to say and want to make clear is: im not talking about the holidays im talking about... the general attitude towards girlfriends/boyfriends or maybe future wife/husband of scott. Kourtney has to get along and so does scott , they will always face each other and its better to have a respectful relationship. You dont even have to like him/her. Just respect is needed. And therefore kourtney does the right thing. Kim is always so.... negative and hating. But when it comes to holidays well the kids want to go with mom and dad obv and not seperated . But yea if being in contact is not that necessary (in that case its not that much) you can always stay away and not do the extras. It might confuse the kids and give them a wrong impression of a relationship. But never forget their lifestyle is waaaaaay different than ours
