I'm not a big Dave Gilmour fan but there you go!
'Marooned' inspired solo improvised to this great backing track:
• Rock Ballad David Gilm...
Signal chain:
EBMM Silhouette Special (crunch lab + injector + air norton) ➡ Dunlop ZW45 wah ➡ POD HD500X
Audio processed in Guitar Tracks Pro 3.
Video captured with SONY NEX-F3 mirrorless camera.

Cheers buddy, I have now switched to analog pedals and pedal looper but POD still rules for home recording.
Love the candy apple red! Probably the best color choice IMO :) I just prefer maple neck.
nice sound :)
Great Song

Nicely done!
Fajny feeling i świetna gitara! :)

Thanks for kind words bro! Yeah I enjoyed it a lot and not a huge Gilmour fan too, just big respect for his presence in the history of guitar playing. I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy your HD as much as I do. It may not he kemper ot axe fx thing but it does everything it says on a tin and is so easy to use home and on stage. I feel tempted to go back to stompboxes from time to time but damn, this thing saves so much time and money. All best dude!
I have the Sterling version, but really want the USA model as soon as I can afford it (along with Axis SS). I have modified mine with Dimarzio AT-1 in bridge and Cruiser bridge model in the neck (a la Andy Timmons) and love the tones. Good playing as usual dude. Cheers!

Many thanks for watching n commenting dude! I'd love a maple one too but being a victim of 'one in one out' rule I would have to sell something first - hard choice, considering I'm happy with what I have now. Anyway silo rocks! Went to friend's rehearsal few days ago and played a strat first time in a year or so and thought 'geez, what a luck to be an ebmm player' :)
Hi, very nice :-), greetings

Thx Michal, pozdrowionka!
So what is your guitar collection now (electric)? Silo Special, Axis SS, SUB 1, ? Do you still have original Axis? Still finding it hard to decide between Axis and SS. I still worry that vintage trem is not as good as floyd. Of course, bigger worry is having the $$ to have either LOL ;)

I've sold the original axis mainly cuz I hated that trem on it. Loved that neck but couldn't get on with the bulkiness and setup difficulties of floyd. Nothing to worry about with vintage trem, stays in tune perfectly, setup to float works like a charm. Time to try it bro ;) Selling sub1 shortly, got an axis hardtail w/piezo and silo special atm and it's all I need guitar wise.

Kris Gee Thanks for the reply KG. I’ve thought about that...those 3 guitars you have...would be all you really need. Any more is just gravy...like an Armada or an AL HH ;) I look forward to hearing that hard tail in a video :)
