holy cow i needed this, my teacher just threw a packet with abunch of crap all at once over this and i learned more here in 2 minutes than a whole day of work

Question: How can I tell how my Krebs cycles are? If I have been burnt out badly 2-3 decades, severely sleepless for 25 years, life-long distressed (Complex developmental emotional trauma C-PTSD)with many vegeative symptoms major inflammation with teeth losses,(due to acidity and hyposalivation?). Late diagnoses of Anchylosing Spondylitis and Aspergers, Ongoing trauma of being withheld the adequate help.My Krebs cycles are probably bad. What do I have to be like to get good medical care ? (Swedish)Why don't doctors say whet problem they have with me, or what they need from me? I am sure I am being ill unnecessarily, made so much wors by maltreatment, neglect and abandonment. I want my life now, hope you can and will answer something. With warm greetings!
