It's neat

Hercules is the only character whose blows can interrupt Kratos Rage Of Sparta. While he isnt as strong as Kratos and Zeus physically,with the Nemean Cestus he does more striking damage. Thor is also the only one in the Norse games that can interrupt Spartan Rage with Mjolnir strikes And the devs have said that such gameplay details are meant to show things about the lore accurate abilities of the characters. Like saying that Hermes was meant to simply be faster than Helios light and thats why he can dodge it

The effort you're putting into this project got me really excited, can't wait for it!

Yup. It's Very Sad that one of the BEST GOW games has one of the Worst Rages in the Franchise. (I'm looking at you Ascension...)

My first hot take: GoW III ride mechanic is underutilized. I think we should have gotten more encounters where the ridable adversary is also accompanied by other enemies.

I mean, yeah. Everything can be improved upon. Still, there is an encounter that is quite nice and challenging, and it has the ride mechanic. It's the Cyclops one in The Caverns.

perhaps they could've done so that you could ride some soul summons you had, like, allowing them to stay in the arena and have a basic controllable moveset but it would drain magic as time went on, maybe then you could sacrifice hitting the summoned soul and a O prompt could allow you to ride it. (A ridable Hades' upper body shooting soul lasers of of his mouth would be cool, centaurs and chimeras too)

@@aa3988 Could be interesting. I am really happy with what we have in soul summons though. We have heavy knockback options, petrification, low costers (archers)

@@ExtremeGameplays1 It happens more than once. The hitbox is WAY behind you with range it should definitely not have. More than double the length of the weapon away from you. Even DaS2 is scared.
