Красивая Московское Метро: The Beautiful Stations of Moscow Metro and the Trains... (Moscow, Russia)

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

(another moscow metro video of mine - beautiful stations) • Московское Метро!! The...
Opened in 1935 with one 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) line and 13 stations, it was the first underground railway system in the Soviet Union. Currently, Moscow Metro has 182 stations. Its route length is 301.2 kilometres (187.2 mi). The system is mostly underground, with the deepest section located at 84 metres (276 ft) below ground, at Park Pobedy station.

It's pretty clean despite that there is no trash cans inside metro - only on the entrances. This is because trash can is a very good place to place a bomb for an act of terrorism. Another fact - there is a "bomb safe" on every metro station in Russia - any item that is suspected to contain a bomb is placed inside it before combat engineer arrives to take a look at it. Those safes can contain an explosion of up to 3 kg TNT bomb.

Also the trains arrive every two minutes without delays even in a rush hour. And there is no smell and rubbish on the floor. And it's never hot in there because there are very strong air currents on every station.

SereJakS Even people from Toronto are the same and they constantly litter on the street. Now, I am living in Calgary, we don't have metro but we have LRT. LRT stations are pretty clean and same as in Edmonton. The bigger Canadian cities are not that clean. I think the smaller one is cleaner.

I was in USA in much cities, and I noticed that unculteral immigrants litter a lot not depends of nationality(like in New York) but in Boston or Chicago is much cleaner...I think in Canada the same - depends of neighborhood... But you are right the smaller ones usually is cleaner. Maybe Russian subways are great and people don't litter because of it))

I think also because the subway in Moscow is a totally closed system, but in Toronto it goes outside and inside, sucking in dirt and stuff. But most stations in Toronto aren't that bad compared to a lot of other subways...seen NY before?

Very good looking stations. :) Much better looking than the ones in Sweden. I am reading Metro 2033 and wondered how the stations really look like. Could someone tell me which stations are featured in the video?

This is pretty hard to tell all stations mentioned in this video. For e.g. 00:20 - 01:17 - Komsomolskaya (Sokolnicheskaya line) and Komsomolskaya of Koltsevaya (Ring Line). Train at 01:41 arrives at Taganskaya station (Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya Line). At 02:30 you can see Slavyansky Boulevard (Slavic Boulevard) and so on. Thanks, I've heard that Stockholm metro stations are great too. Hi from Russia!

You know, I don't like fantastic (and many kinds of fiction), but this is really nice your are interested in it. Yes, Moscow is really huge city, worth to be seen. As for me I want to visit North Europe, for e.g. Scandinavia ('cause I live in the south of Russia and it's pretty hot, especially in summer :))

"The Extremely noisy" trains are constructed from 1977-present, so some "blue" trains maybe made even in 2010. So they are not so old.
