Yes. It is matter. According to Modern Physics it is a wave as well as matter.In cases of diffraction or interference the wave nature of light is dominant over the particle nature (or so it seems). For understanding the emission and absorption, the particle nature seems to be the correct explanation. The one thing that affects on the nature of light in a case is dimension. If light passes through or nearby a given object and the dimensions(width through a slit etc) of that object are lesser than the wavelength of light then there is this theory called geometrical optics which uses the particle(matter) nature that explains the effect. If this is not the case then we use the wave nature. In modern physics (quantum mechanics) it is not so necessary to state it as a wave or matter. Yes we sure can solve for different cases but what matters the most is the wave function and the collapse of the wave function that explains the effect. Best of luck

bohot students hai, jo exam ma bohot marks lata hai, kisi kisi ko asa lagna lagta hai ki muhe exam ma bohot marks mila hai isalia ma samajdar ladka/ladki hu.likin usa a pata nahi hota ki exam ma number lana hi samajdari nahi ha. har chis ko accha se samajna asli samajdari hai issa exam ma number ka koie samnd nahi ha. asli talanted to sarim hi hai hamara little einstein. you are realy tallented.

Both the books are based on inductive approach of learning par based hai. Isko padh kar aap acche physicist ban sakte ho. Lekin isko padh kar IIT crack karna mushkil hai.

Induction is literally how physics is done. Unlike mathematics, physics can't be studied by giving a set of axioms that lead to further results by methods of deduction. Also, practicing Krane's problems is enough for being able to solve IIT-JEE problems. The thing is you need to solve them yourself. You won't have as many examples as in books aimed at 'training' students for JEE problems that 'tell' you the methods for tackling almost every kind of problems relating the content. That's because Krane does not take out the creativity from the students and lets them discover the solutions themselves which sharpens their intellect. Books like DC Pandey's are there only to show you the solutions while taking away all the creativity

Bro when you grow up a little more(still a long way to go), Try applying for MIT (US) for your graduation and well development . Make sure to participate in Olympiad as it hold very much value for MIT. Man you motivate me very much :)

​@@skwonderkids5047Because such a advanced course structure is not anywhere in the world and in us you have to study with height school qualified students you will again study basic calculus and general physics which is in India thought in school level for Indian students who have solid grounding in school level concept CMI( Chennai Mathematical Institute) is the best I didn't aware that much about it in my school days even though I too much interested in Physics and Maths

Do you get pocket money? If you do, then I suggest you to secretly start investing in stock market. I think it's the best way, but it depends on your choice. You maybe reluctant because you'll incur loss many times, but don't lose faith. When you incur a fortune(have faith in yourself, you'll!) Show it to your parents. I am sure then they'll let you do what you want.
