Kraken Unleashed Dive For Five is an interesting one and offers another take on the now classic Hold & Spin play mechanic! You win in the base game by landing winning paylines and to help, wild symbols may land on reels 2 through 5. The real fun, not surprisingly, is with one of the special features of the game:
The Free Games Bonus is initiated by landing 3 or more scattered bonus symbols for 6 free games. During the bonus, wild symbols on reels 2 will be assigned a multiplier of 2x and wild symbols on reel 4 will be assigned a multiplier between 2x and 5x.
The Kraken Feature is initiated by landing 6 or more Kraken bonus symbols each of which displays a credit prize up to 100x your total bet or the Mini Bonus, Minor Bonus or Major Jackpot. If a Kraken bonus symbol lands on the top or middle position of a reel and the Kraken Feature is not initialed, then it will shift down by one position on the next wagered spin at the same bet and denomination. Note that these Kraken symbols only appear on reels 1 through 4. Once initiated, you are awarded 3 spins and the bonus feature plays like Lightning Link where you keep spinning until you either Fill the Screen with bonus symbols or you run out of spins. Each time an additional symbol lands, your spin count is reset to three. If you Fill the Screen, then you will receive 1 spin of the Kraken Wheel for a Progressive Award, a multiplier between 2x and 5x or a Credit Prize between 20 and 200 times your total bet.
