This is one of the reason why SM, YG & JYP are the BIG3. its nots just about the income of Company but how talented their artists and how their songs dominate the world from the very first kpop group they made up until now. 2nd gen 3rd gen kpop fans knew it all

well, SM and YG are not a part of big 3 anymore. the only good thing from this is that SM and YG artists wont be criticized any more for debuting from big 3. a lot of ppl go around saying that they're successful only cuz they debuted from Big 3, and disregard all the talent they have.

Also like what my Professor said who are also kpop fan.. honestly he is an ARMY he said that it has a high probability that SM have a lot of investments and they need to wait for the return og their investments (maybe after pandemic) infact they have more and more connections now in America. While YG its because of they don't have more comebacks aside with BP and also a new cost for the new debuted group and the cost of new building

All these song unlocked so many memories of growing up with these iconic Kpop groups and many more. What a blessing to see how much Kpop has grown from this golden age til now!

This challenge brings back a lot of memories. TVXQ OT5 was the reason i got into kpop. My high school classmate then introduced SJ and since then i've been listening to other 2nd gen idols. I remember waking up early in the morning just to watch their mv before going to school. Its crazy how im in my late 20s now but i still remember the words. ♥️

@@NaraKwonPoD yeah, ur right. I think I'm just sentimental and all.. But looking at how it was before kpop became this big, I think this extreme Stan culture mostly existed within kfans(?) I don't know, I think.. Because I remember before, there were only like 3 of us in the room who actually like kpop, and we were prejudiced because of our taste in music, so, it feels like we need to support each other even if we have different biases (?), and I remember being friends with some int fans as well, so for most parts, things were cordial. Now that kpop has become this big, I think extremist or toxic fans also became a big thing in the international scene. I mean, kpop fandom before is not that healthy, but now, I think people need to mentally and emotionally prepare themselves before they choose to expose themselves to kpop.

Just because someone doesn't know some of these songs doesn't mean they're not true kpop fans...what makes a kpop fan is that they listen to and like the kpop music genre. Doesn't matter how many groups or songs they know.

I'm a returning kpopper. I have not listened to kpop in years and the moment I heard the songs my body lost control and I started dancing. This video is indeed impossible 100% fail. HWAITING to those who dare challenge this video.

as a korean american born and raised in korea around the time when a lot of the second generation songs, for some reason, i gotta say, the 2007-2013 songs sound really nostalgic! (i moved to america in 2013)
